Unfortunately, due to privacy and logistical considerations, passes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen; a new pass must be purchased.
There is no digital version of the pass available, it’s a physical card that you must present when entering the National Parks.
As of July 1, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, purchase receipts and order confirmation information showing the purchase of park pass will be accepted for admission through September 30, 2020. Please note photocopies of your physical pass saved on an electronic device WILL NOT be accepted.
When you purchase a park pass from us, we will send you a confirmation email. This email MUST be printed out in order to be used upon entrance in place of the physical pass.
